Coaching

Allison provides 2 Levels of Coaching

LEVEL 1: 1-3 SESSIONS, SINGLE ISSUE

This option is for parents struggling with a specific issue with their child. Examples include: anxiety, disruptive behavior, emotion regulation, school avoidance, LGBTQ, learning issues, neurodivergence. In these sessions, Allison will provide guidance, support and share best strategies to tackle the issue.

LEVEL 2: 6-WEEK COACHING PACKAGE

This option is for parents, kids, adolescents, young adults and counselors who want to diver deeper on a specific issue. This package includes bi-weekly sessions with homework in-between. Allison’s coaching packages are a deep dive into what’s working, not working and how to create lasting change. PACKAGE 1

Managing Anxiety in the Home: A Way to Calm

A program for parents of anxious children, parents who struggle with anxiety themselves and/or for high-stress homes

This package teaches parents valuable tools and strategies to reduce anxiety in the home. Allison will lead parents through the steps of identifying triggers, creating safe spaces, utilizing strategic tools, developing empathic language and reducing stress in the home setting. Parents will walk away with new routines, a toolbox of strategies they can implement immediately and a feeling of direction, empowerment and peace of mind.
